Nettie Palace, President/Owner, founded Colorado Western Title in May of 2008. She is a 33 year veteran of the industry, who previously worked for First American Heritage Title Company. It is her belief that there is a better way of conducting business and a need to return the industry to its core values:
- Focusing on delighting our customers beyond their expectations
- Creating an environment where the team member's ideas and opinions are not only encouraged but often applied in everyday business operations
- Instilling a companywide work ethic of accountability and trustworthy performance, earning the confidence of those we serve.
To accomplish this vision, Nettie carefully selected a group of individuals whose beliefs, ideas, and commitment are aligned with her own. These highly skilled professionals bring with them experience and desire to create a solid foundation. Collectively, the team at Colorado Western Title has nearly 150 years of experience in the residential, lender, commercial, builder markets as well as 1031 exchange transactions.
