Services Include:

• Collect all information and signatures to complete the Short Sale Package
• Check county records for Notice of Election and Demand (NED) and sale date of property
• Contact Colorado Western Title to obtain copy of the TBD Commitment or O & E and preliminary HUD
• Check Status of liens and judgments
• Submit Borrower's Authorization to Lender
• Confirm the Lender received Short Sale Package
• Actively communicate with the Lender in pursuit of Discount Payoff Agreement
• Inquire and confirm when the Broker's Price Opinion (BPO) is to be ordered and obtain timeline
• Confirm Lender receipt of BPO
• Relay any terms/counter offers from the Lender to the Agent
• Supply copies of approval/payoff letters to the Agent and Colorado Western Title
• Communicate with all parties throughout the transaction
